The B Theory - Call for Papers
Papers are invited to discuss and address issues around the The B Theory. These will be some of the key themes addressed:
- The role of B's in the workplace;
- Leveraging The B Theory to determine the outcome of relationships;
- Supporting The B Theory as a valid Personality Theory;
- Connection between The B Theory and Trait Theory;
- B's in denial;
- Famous B's in pop-culture.
Papers are welcome to touch or expand on the themes outlined. It is expected that papers will come from a variety of disciplines, using both descriptive and illustrative methods. The best papers will be selected for publication and feature on The B Theory.
